Happy Mental Health Awareness Month!

We all need to be aware of our own mental health and the mental health of those around us.

Here are some great ways to take care of yourself:

  • Find time to relax and do activities that make you happy

  • Set aside time to practice mindfulness or meditation.

  • Connect with friends and family.

  • Try to get enough sleep.

  • Eat healthy meals.

  • Take up a new hobby that you enjoy.

  • Reach out to a mental health professional if needed

And remember, check in on your loved ones, sometimes the people that struggle the most on the inside never let it show on the outside.
