What is Stroke?
Stroke is caused by a disruption in the blood flow to the brain, usually due to a blood clot or a ruptured blood vessel.
Stroke Symptoms:
Sudden weakness or numbness in the face, arm, or leg, particularly on one side of the body
Confusion
Difficulty speaking or understanding
Difficulty seeing in one or both eyes
Difficulty walking
Dizziness
Severe headache
Reduce your risk of having a stroke by:
Eating a healthy diet
Exercising regularly
Avoiding smoking
Limiting alcohol consumption.
Control your blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabete
