Diego versus Dextrocardia! ๐ช๐ป Now this little man is an incredible one! He was born with a congenital heart defect, dextrocardia with situs inversus.โ โ It was Diego's open heart surgery last year and his parents gifted that little heart for him for his first anniversary! Truly a brave little man; he still needs a bit of oxygen but never fails to smile, play and be grateful about life!
