It was Diego's open heart surgery last year and his parents gifted that little heart for him for his first anniversary! Truly a brave little man; he still needs a bit of oxygen but never fails to smile, play and be grateful about life! Such a ball of sunshine... you are our inspiration Diego! 💖 ⁠
