After placing an order, you have 30 minutes to update your shipping address using the self-service link on the post-purchase page.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order after that window, please reach out to us at hello@nerdbugs.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be more than happy to help with updates or a cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel it, but we’ll always do our best to help guide you through next steps if needed.

Yes! You can add as many plushies or bundles as you’d like to your cart before checkout.

Yes. Our website uses industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and payment information.

Gifting

Absolutely! We know many Nerdbugs are sent as gifts, and we want the experience to feel special. Our plushies make meaningful gifts for birthdays, get-well wishes, surgeries, holidays, and more.

Absolutely! We’re always happy to include a gift note with your order. During checkout, just add your message in the notes section, and we’ll make sure it’s included with your plushie.

Rest assured, no prices or invoice details are ever included inside the package, so your surprise stays a surprise.

Shipping & Delivery

U.S. Orders:
Orders shipping within the U.S. usually arrive 2–5 business days (excluding holidays) after they leave our warehouse. We take a little time to carefully pack your order with love before it heads out, and delivery speed depends on the shipping option you chose at checkout. Every now and then, carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving!

International Orders:
For international orders, delivery can take 7–31 business days (or sometimes longer) depending on customs and holiday schedules in your destination country. We know waiting isn’t always fun, but your Nerdbugs are on their way!

We’re excited to offer FREE U.S. shipping via USPS on most orders over $75 USD!

For orders under $75, we offer flat-rate USPS Priority Mail shipping for just $6.95, so your plushies get to you quickly and safely.

For our international friends, we’ve got you covered too!We offer flat-rate shipping to Canada and international destinations starting at $11.95 USD, making it easy to send Nerdbugs love around the world.

If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited international shipping via FedEx or UPS at checkout, starting at $31.95.

Absolutely! We’re excited to offer international shipping worldwide. No matter where you’re located, we’ll do our best to get your Nerdbugs safely to your doorstep. We love knowing our plushies are heading to homes all around the globe!

Within the U.S.:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

International (Economy):
We ship to international destinations using Asendia Economy, which is a reliable and cost-effective option.

International (Expedited):
FedEx or UPS expedited options are available at checkout.

Tracking your order is super easy. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you with tracking information.If you need any assistance or have further questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@nerdbugs.com.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see the package, we recommend starting with a quick check around your delivery location. Sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots like a side door, porch, mailroom, parcel locker, or with a neighbor or building manager. It’s also worth checking with anyone else at your address in case they brought it inside.

If you’re still unable to locate it, please don’t worry. Just reach out to us at hello@nerdbugs.com, and we’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier to find out what happened.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are set by your local customs authority and can vary based on the destination country and the value of your order.

Any customs or duties charged are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing your order. They’ll be able to give you the most accurate guidance for your location.

If you need to make a change after the 30-minute window, just email us at hello@nerdbugs.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you.

If the order has already shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to change the address on our end. In that case, we recommend contacting the courier directly to see if they can assist with rerouting or holding the package for pickup.

If the courier is unable to deliver the package and it’s returned to our warehouse, we’re happy to help with next steps. At that point, we can either:

  • Reship the order (shipping costs covered by the customer), or
  • Process a refund for the item(s) (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Products & Care

Absolutely! Nerdbugs plushies are thoughtfully designed with kids and families in mind. They’re made with soft, high-quality materials and are fully sewn and stuffed, with no small detachable parts, making them a kid-friendly companion.

We recommend our plushies be hand washed only.You can handwash in cold or warm water with detergent, soak for 15 minutes, rinse, remove excess water, and let it air dry.

Returns and refunds

Not loving your purchase? We definitely don’t want you to be disappointed.

All returns require authorization within 7 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will be refused. To start a return, please email hello@nerdbugs.com. Returns are not accepted more than 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return + refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Sale items are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Authorized returns should be mailed to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $75.

Our team will review everything and work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, a refund, or another option that makes things right.
