Shipping to the United States

  • We are excited to offer FREE  shipping to the US via USPS on most orders .
  • We are excited to offer flat rate shipping and handling to the US via USPS Priority Mail on under of $50. 
  • Bulk orders subject to alternate pricing, please contact us for information regarding bulk orders.
  • We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.
  • Please note that it delivery usually takes about 2-5 business days (excluding holidays) after it leaves our warehouse. Sometimes, there are delays. You can track your package via USPS.com with your tracking number. It will take a few days to package your item, and then it will be sent out using the shipping options you selected during checkout. 
  • We also offer U.S. FedEx 2-Day (Mon.-Thurs. only, 12 pm MST cutoff) -- if you need it faster please check Amazon fast Prime shipping.
  • Please note we do not ship on the weekends, so ship times may be longer if you order late Friday.

International Shipping

  • We're excited to offer flat-rate shipping and handling to Canada and internationally starting at $8.95 USD items for up to $50.00 USD
  • Orders from $50.01-$75.00 USD will be $11.95 USD
  • Orders from $75.01-$150.00 USD will be $21.95 USD
  • Orders over $150.00 USD that are shipped internationally and to multiple addresses will be charged $28.95. 
  • International packages are sent either USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail, or FedEx depending upon location -- the package is then handled by your local post service.
  • Shipping to an international address can take anywhere from 7-21 business day (or even longer) depending on customs and holidays.  Your international package is trackable to the end destination.

      Not loving your purchase? Well, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed!

      All returns require authorization by a customer service representative within 7 days of the delivery date. sorry, unauthorized returns will be refused. Please email us at info@nerdbugs.com.

      • Received a damaged product? Gah, we're sorry! Please send us an email at info@nerdbugs.com and we'd be happy to help you to replace the item.
      • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!
