SHIPPING TO THE US

  • Free USPS Priority shipping on all US orders over $60. Your heart worked hard to get here — the least we can do is ship it fast.
  • We pack up your order in 1–2 business days and then hand it off to our mail carrier. From there, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • We don't ship on weekends, so if you order late Friday, your new bestie heads out bright and early Monday. Worth the wait, we promise.
  • Need it there yesterday? FedEx 2-Day is available at checkout (Mon–Thu orders only, 12pm MST cutoff). We gotchu.

🇺🇸 Domestic  + 🌍 International — All 50 states, Washington DC, US territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses + worldwide. Basically everywhere a plushie could ever want to go.


SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

🌍 International — We ship worldwide!

  • Flat-rate shipping to Canada and internationally starts at $10.95 USD.
  • Your package travels via USPS, UPS, FedEx, OR DHL, depending on your location, then gets handed off to your local postal service for the final stretch. 
  • Delivery times vary by country — good things take time (Economy International Shipping normally arrives 7-31 Business days depending on location).

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

The moment your plushie ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.  Allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking to wake up and get moving.

RETURNS

Not loving your purchase? Well, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed! All returns require authorization from a customer service representative within 14 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns will be refused — so shoot us an email first and we'll sort it out together. Email us at hello@nerdbugs.com to get the ball rolling. Some notes:

  • We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping — we know, we know.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported within 14 business days of delivery. Don't sit on it!
  • Received a damaged product? Gah, we're so sorry! Email us at hello@nerdbugs.com and we'd be happy to make it right.
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender — so please, check that info twice before you hit checkout. Triple check if you've had coffee.
  • Please handle your plushies with care! They're tough little organs but damages caused by improper handling aren't our responsibility.
  • Sale items are final sale. But if your item arrives damaged or defective, that's always on us.
